Okay, I have been wearing bras to work EVERYDAY for over 2 1/2 months. In fact I've been wearing them full time, only taking one off for bed. So someone may ask, How do you not get caught? Here is my secret.
1 - Purchase The Victoria's Secret Incredible Racerback Demi Front Close Bra.
This is important, the Racerback Demi, is lightly padded, so it gives no extra lift like many other bras. There are no strap adjusters, which makes it lay flat underneath clothing. It is front closed, which means there is no bump on the back. And last of all, all the incredible series bras are made to have no VBL (visible bra lines). It is the most unnoticable bra in the world.

2 - Go to Victoria's Secret and get fitted when purchasing this bra!
It is important to get the right fit. Don't worry about what people will think about you. And you don't need to dress enfemme when you go either. When I first purchased this bra, I was in jeans and a t-shirt. I wanted a bra that couldn't be noticed with even a t-shirt on. The ladies helped me find a few sizes that might fit me, then I went to the dressing rooms, tried one on, and then let her see how it looked under my shirt. She was able to find the right size perfectly that way. Unfortunattly they didn't have the demi front close bra in stock in my size, so I had to order online.
But get it done at Victoria's Secret. It is worth it, and they understand. (I got a lot of tips from them as well ;) )
That's pretty much it for wearing a bra to work everyday. No one can tell, especially since I wear button up dress shirts to work.
ONE OTHER ITEM i wear is a tank top under my shirt. Just in case someone were to rub my back, slap me on the back, or touch my back in any way, they would feel the lines created by the tank instead of the bra. Gives me an exuse as well. The best tank I have bought comes from Body Central. It's their one size fits all ladies tank. I've even seen a lot of guys buy these as well.
3 - WHEN WEARING A BLOUSE... if it is a little fitting, and your breast line is showing, then wear a simple sleeveless sweater over it. They are back in fashion among guys. I got mine from walmart, and wear it whenever it looks like my breast are showing too much lift. It works amazingly and you stay in fashion, plus have your favorite feminine blouse on!

F - Blue Panties
F - Blue Bra
F - Grey shaping shirt
F - white blouse, very form fitting, with silver lines.
M - sleeveless sweater
F - tan pants
M - socks and boots.
